This tearoom is located in a historic home in the town of Delta in the southeast corner of York County. The British owner, Rachael, is moving back to England – her children already live there. As a result, she sold the tearoom and the new owners started serving tea in October. But, Rachael promised to give them her scone recipe! Come see how the new owners are doing tea.

Mobility: There are no steps for downstair seating, but will also be using seating on the second floor. Please indicate if you need to be downstairs for tea when you make your reservation.

TEA ETIQUETTE:
Please arrive at the tea room no earlier than 15 minutes before the time of the tea (or as noted in the tea description). This gives servers and the kitchen the chance to make the room as lovely and ready as possible. If you get to the tea more than 15 minutes before our scheduled seating, go shopping or walking or bring a book, knitting, or any other ways to pass the time in your car.
