This is the first visit by the Club to this long-time kitchen store that provides demonstrations and hands-on cooking classes. We’ll be enjoying a demonstration and tea inspired by the newest Downton Abbey movie with an English tea brunch. We’ll hear about proper etiquette used in afternoon tea among friends. There will be lots of information in this class and there will be Downton Abbey Trivia with an introduction to the store’s in-house teas. Our menu includes:

• English Cream Scones,
• British Spring Salad,
• Tea Sandwich Sampler,
• Lemon Tarts, and
• Palmiers.
