DESCRIPTION:Our trip includes: \n\nTransportation\nTrain Ride\nGuide Service\nAdmissions\nLuncheon Buffet\nWall That Heals\nBoyer’s Candy\nRailroaders Memorial Museum\n\nItinerary for the Day \n5 a.m. Depart from Queensgate Shopping Plaza\, York (behind the theater)\n5:45 a.m. Depart from At Home Store\, Jonestown Road\, Harrisburg \n8:15 a.m. Arrive at Johnstown Amtrak Train Station where we depart on the train for our next destination: Altoona. Next we visit The Wall That Heals\, the one-half scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington\, D.C.\, containing over 50\,000 names\, etched into reflective black panels. It is more than worth a visit to Altoona to view this powerful memorial in the middle of the city. \nOur lunch will be at Monte Carlo Luncheon Buffet. Then\, we’re on to the Horseshoe Curve\, its overlook\, and breathtaking view. \nOur next stop is a sweet one at Boyer’s Candy\, family owned and operated for over 75 years. The Railroaders’ Memorial Museum is up next and is dedicated to revealing\, interpreting\, commemorating\, and celebrating the significant contributions of railroaders and their families to American life and industry. \n4 p.m. Depart for home\, with a fast food stop on your own.\n8:30 p.m. Approximate arrival. \n**Full Name as it appears on your Photo ID and Birthdate is required at registration.
